About Emily
Where it all started
New Black Designs was originally established in Melbourne in 2004 providing residential and commercial interior design services. Emily designed bespoke kitchen, bathroom and laundry cabinetry and coordinated renovation projects for clients in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Emily also provided interior design solutions for commercial clients including for one of Melbourne’s major developers where high-end, unique features were designed and delivered with outstanding results. New Black Designs has since moved to South Australia and has been located in the Adelaide Hills for over a decade.

A qualified Interior Designer with over 15 years experience she has a natural talent for solving design dilemmas and a keen eye for aesthetic with a fabulous system to work collaboratively with you to transform your space.
Emily loves coffee, travel, and coffee but what she really loves is creating environments that her clients love (and coffee, she really loves coffee).
